Sustainability Plan

The Mind-Full Project aims to spread awareness of mental health practices that can support schools and charities with tools to address stress, anxiety relief, and articulation of emotions for K-12 age students using recycled materials and sustainable practices. This program is a wonderful opportunity for student-led clubs to give back to their communities and learn about and support mental health practices. This website serves to document the project and supply resources for students wanting to explore expressive art methods for stress relief or to get involved.

Attached is a document created by Taryn Claassens, the project founder, on how Mind-Full can work in your school or community in the hope you will adapt the program and use what works best for your situation. The blog called Mind-Full Project News documents the entire project Taryn ran during a 2.5-month period in the Spring semester of 2023. That accelerated timeline is not recommended going forward.
